Yak 54E (47") - Airframe Only
Hot on the heels of the enormously popular 45" Extra 300-E is the new Extreme Flight RC 47" Yak-54-E ARF. This aircraft won the Best New Product award at the 2006 SEFF Fly-in. Another Mike Hall masterpiece, this Yak features the same interlocking laser cut construction as the Extra, along with a 2 piece wing mounted on a carbon fibre wing tube, composite control horns, scale landing gear spats, magnetically retained canopy/hatch and two gorgeous color schemes. A full hardware package, including 3D Hobby Shop axles, and decal set is included.
The Yak is slightly bigger and a few ounces heavier than the Extra. Both 3D and precision aerobatic performance is outstanding.

74" Yak 54
Introducing the new Yak-54 1.60 ARF from Extreme Flight RC! Based on the very popular 68" and 87" Yak -54 designs, this one is purpose built for the multitude of glow engines in the 1.40-1.80 range. This 1.60 Yak shares the same quality construction and incredible flight performance as its siblings. It features a 2 piece wing mounted on a carbon fibre tube, removable stabs mounted on a carbon tube, double truss composite control horns, ball links and a spring loaded hatch latch to provide instantaneous access to the interior of the fuselage.
The Yak 1.60 features the beautiful interlocking laser cut construction that we have become famous for, covered in a gorgeous Ultracote color scheme. Fiberglass cowl and pants have a beautiful professional finish applied and are very light weight. The Yak also includes a premium hardware package to get you in the air fast with components you can trust.
As with all of our Yaks, flight performance is second to none! Expert engineering has allowed a very light yet robust airframe that excels at 3D and precision aerobatics. The Extra 300 Electric ARF was designed to deliver maximum aerobatic performance from the current breed of brushless outrunner motors and high discharge LiPo batteries. Completely unlimited in its ability to perform all the outrageous 3D maneuvers, the Extra 300 also performs precision aerobatics extremely well. For all you serious IMAC guys, this means there is finally a plane available that you can practice your sequences with on your lunch break or on the way home from work at the local school yard.
The Extra has many unique features. It has a 2 piece removable wing that mounts on a carbon fiber wing tube. The canopy/hatch is one piece, ready to use out of the box. It is retained by 4 rare earth magnets. Access to the inside of the plane and battery tray is instantaneous. Unique motor mount design allows for hassle free mounting of the Torque 2818/900 outrunner with proper thrust angles already built into the mount. Two air scoops force cooling air over the motor and into the battery mounting area. Best of all, the Extra can be ready to fly in as little as one evening!
The Extra 300 Electric ARF is available in a gorgeous RED/WHITE/BLACK and BLUE/WHITE/SILVER color scheme. It includes all hardware and a decal sheet.
